Brennan Burkhart

Founder & Managing Principal |

Brennan Burkhart is Redkite’s Managing Principal, responsible for all aspects of client delivery. Brennan has been working in Financial Services for over 13 years, and has unique expertise in delivering on-demand CRM solutions to enterprise clients, having led many of the world’s largest and most complex implementations of salesforce.com.

Prior to founding Redkite, Brennan was a co-founder of Fujitsu Consulting’s SaaS Practice (formerly OKERE) where he ran OKERE’s Professional Services. Brennan has led engagements with clients including: Citi, ThomsonReuters, Barclays, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Fidelity, and Morgan Stanley. He has presented at industry events, and has provided insight on emerging cloud trends to analysts from Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.

Brennan was previously a Vice President of JPMorgan’s Investment Bank. He has also worked for Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Consulting Practice.

Today, in addition to his management oversight of Redkite, Brennan works with clients on CRM Strategy, Solution Architecture, Program Governance and Project Management.

Kenny McColl

Founder & Chief Architect |

Kenny is Redkite’s Chief Architect, responsible for all aspects of technology strategy. Kenny has over 20 years of experience in strategic IT planning, architecture, and product development within the financial services industry. Kenny has deep experience in wealth management, capital markets trading, sales & research, and derivatives credit risk management.

Prior to founding Redkite, Kenny worked as an architect with several enterprise clients, including one of the world’s largest Salesforce.com implementations at Citi.

Kenny spent 13 years at JPMorgan where he was a Vice President in the Investment Bank. Most recently, he was the Product Manager for JPMorgan’s cross-business CRM platform, responsible for all platform strategy, architecture and planning.

With Redkite, Kenny brings expertise in: IT strategy, architecture and systems design; Delivery management; Product development, and Usability engineering & user interface design.

Colin Reid

Chief Operating Officer |

Colin Reid is Redkite’s Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for managing all aspects of Redkite’s operations, including people development, project methodology, and financial management.

Colin has over 20 years experience in enterprise technology. He spent 17 years with JPMorgan’s Investment Bank in London, New York, and Hong Kong; during that time he ran global teams building and implementing trading and risk management systems across equities and equity derivatives, commodities, fixed income, and foreign exchange.

After returning from Hong Kong, Colin joined Createthe Group, a digital agency providing cloud-based eCommerce for luxury brands. As Project Director and Operations Lead, he managed multinational teams building and supporting global eCommerce websites running on on a proprietary SaaS platform.

Colin holds a BA in Accountancy and Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a Masters in Journalism from Hong Kong University.

Stephanie Choi

Operations Manager | 

Stephanie is Redkite’s Operations Manager. She has been with Redkite since the firm’s inception and as the firm has grown over the past five years she has defined, implemented, and managed Redkite’s procedures and systems for all the firm’s operations including accounting & finance, recruiting, human resources, and client project administration.

She has over a decade of experience working in financial services and has done cloud consulting work at Fortune 100 companies with Redkite, Fujitsu Consulting, and Okere. Prior to this she served as a Senior Analyst and Investment Strategist at High Net Worth investment advisory firms.

Stephanie has a BS in Economics and Business Administration from SUNY Albany.

Vincent Ip

Head of Engineering |

Vincent is Redkite’s Head of Engineering. Vincent is responsible for executing Redkite’s product strategy…building simple, useful, well-executed products which integrate leading cloud technologies. Vincent also leads Redkite’s Partner Solutions practice which provides strategy and development services for 3rd-party product companies.

Vincent has been leading complex development and integrations with Salesforce since 2003, on more than 20 implementations for Fortune 500 companies including WebMD, Staples, Motorola, Avid, and AIG.

Vincent has more than 10 years of software development experience, having spent the first 4 years of his career at IBM. He also holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Columbia University.

Derek Tsang

Head of Delivery |

Derek is Redkite’s Head of Delivery, responsible for oversight of Redkite’s engagements and for driving standardization of delivery processes. In addition, Derek is responsible for overseeing technical design for all of Redkite’s integration projects.

Prior to joining Redkite, Derek was Director of Technical Consulting for Fujitsu America’s SaaS practice (formerly OKERE). Since 2003, Derek has led some of the most complex implementations for Salesforce’s enterprise financial services clients and has been responsible for some of the earliest back-office integrations with Salesforce’s API and custom UI-level integrations.

Derek brings more than 15 years experience as a consultant in the financial services industry. He has worked on assignments with Fortune 100 clients in Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.


Barney Haywood

Head of Alliances and Strategic Accounts |

Barney Haywood is responsible for managing Redkite’s most significant accounts and partnerships. Barney has been working within CRM for over 10 years and has led multiple CRM engagements including Barclays Wealth, ABN Amro/RBS and BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

Prior to joining Redkite Barney was Head of Professional Services at roundCorner where he was responsible for the delivery and management of all client engagements. Prior to becoming a Salesforce implementation consultant Barney had been a CRM program manager with British Telecom managing various initiatives for a global user base of more than 13,000 users.
